The SM890 is our most versatile sprayer. Cover 200 acres per hour at 21 mph (truck towed) or 160 acres per hour at 16 mph (tractor towed).
Convert from truck to tractor towing in under 5 minutes by removing one bolt and lowering the Binkley hitch to tractor drawbar height. Tows easily at legal road speeds with perfect stability. |
Features:
- 80 foot patented contour-following boom system with spray height adjustable from 17 to 31 inches.
- 900 US Gal (750 Imp Gal) double-baffled fiberglass tank with full-length 1-1/4 inch pipe agitator.
- Honda 9 hp motor with Cyclone air filter and low-oil shutoff.
- 9203C Hypro pump rated at 135 GPM, spraying through 64 Spray Systems drip-free nozzle bodies (110 degree tips) on 15.5 inch centers.
- Raven 440 programmable automatic rate control (2 to 20 gals per acre) with 55 gpm flowmeter, linked to Raven Radar for accurate speed monitoring.
- 35 gal. soap dual foam marker with 11 cfm 2-cylinder compressor.
- Frame features a Henschen Dura-Flex rubber torsion axle suspension rated at 17,000 lbs, equipped with HD highway spindles and 13.5Lx15 highway implement tires on HD implement rims.
- Binkley 5th-wheel hitch, configured for truck or tactor towing.
- Optional 90 foot booms, end boom solenoids and nozzles, etc.
