| Patented Terrain-following Boom System |
 Get perfect coverage in any terrain, at any speed!
Our patented terrain-following booms are constructed of 3 inch square galvanized stock with a minimum number of welds. They are strong, crack- and corrosion-free. Boom segments are identical and will fit either side of the sprayer. Boom height is easily adjustable from 17 to 31 inches and even at the lowest setting, you won't have to worry about snagging a boom. The booms are carried by a patented stress-equalizing cable support system, supplemented by a ground contact device: even in hilly terrain, each boom is free to ride up and over obstacles without damage. The independent boom suspension allows one boom to ride up while the other remains level. With our truck-mounted SM6030 system, the booms ride independently of the truck body, ensuring accurate delivery independent of truck suspension movement. In addition, each boom has a 10 foot end boom that swings back if it contacts an object, minimizing the chance of boom or fence damage. |
