 We cover more than your crops!
Boomspray Canada Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of each Spraymaster sprayer that Boomspray Canada Inc. will repair or replace any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover items subjected to misapplication, abuse, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, fire or accidents. This warranty does not apply to normal maintenance items like filters, nor does it apply to normal deterioration or wear due to use or exposure of belts, hoses, ropes and exterior finish. This warranty does not apply to Spraymaster sprayers which are normally operated outside Canada and the United States. In addition, this warranty does not cover parts or equipment of Spraymaster sprayers which are covered by a separate warranty from the manufacturer. These include but are not limited to: engine, tires, tubes, compressor, pumps and attachments, or as might also be limited by the laws of the State or Province as applicable. Any warranty implied by law as to merchantibility or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the warranty period of this limited warranty. Neither Boomspray Canada Inc. nor its authorized dealers shall be held liable for personal injury, damage to personal health, crop loss or damage, loss of product, lost time, inconvenience, commercial loss or incidental or consequential damages. Although this warranty gives purchasers of Boomspray Spraymaster sprayers specific legal rights, additional rights may also be conferred by law in the purchaser's State or Province.
